Our full privacy policy is being finalized ahead of launch. It will cover exactly what data KeptInUse accesses through Shopify, how it is used, and how it is protected. As an operating principle, KeptInUse keeps your customer and order data inside your store’s own infrastructure and does not copy it into a separate database.
